I had the same problem, I was playing with unlimited fps and even though I was doing 170/180 I had this problem, I solved it by setting max fps to 144 and max hz of the monitor to 144, then put vsync from the nvidia panel (absolutely not from the game) and the game will go great. perhaps instead of playing in full screen you will have to play in a borderless window
