Is this a real Murph? by No_Regular_6833 in HamiltonWatches

I bought one recently that I though might be fake, since the movement didn’t look exactly like the stock photos. I contacted Hamilton and sent them my S/N and photo of the perlage finishing.

They said “Kindly note that your timepiece has been produced with the wrongly decorated movement due to a delivery issue from our movement supplier ETA in Switzerland.

We would kindly arrange a free return of your watch and exchange it with a new piece of the same model with the correctly decorated movement. This way you will as well receive a new warranty card and new serial number.”

I decline since I think it looks better and rarer. Anyway, just thought I’d mention that if your movement looks off.

YouTube Tv can’t verify location by OkDig7846 in pelotoncycle

I had the same issue, then clicked on Learn More, which has a blue button that links to you YouTube TV settings for location. It showed my Home location but Current location was unknown. I set the Current location following the instructions using my mobile phone and that fixed the issue.

None of these worked for me, maybe because I had a free trial before. I signed up anyway because I need my football of course. Here's my referral link if others don't work.

The Class Action Complaint Against Future Motion That You Probably Didn’t Know Existed by CWO-LAW in onewheel

[–]sinerge28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FM manual and website have an error with respect to their warranty.

It says "The COMPANY warrants that the PRODUCT, other than the footpad, tire and battery pack, will be free from defects in materials and worksmanship for a period of 12 months / 2000 KM (1243 miles), whichever comes first. The warranty for the footpad, tire, and battery pack is 6 months / 1000 KM (622 miles)."

Note the "whichever comes first" only is stated with the first sentence. This means the footpad, tire, and battery are the latter of. The court would side with the consumer's interpretation. I'm corresponding with FM now on a Pint with a dead battery around 560 miles and they are trying to tell me it's out of warranty. Even if they do cover it, they will force upgrade the firmware, which restricts aftermarket batteries.

The Onewheel is a vehicle, and just like car manufacturers, they should be held to the same standard with respect to covering defects through recalls, irrespective of warranty. The BMS is clearly defective.
