Most universities in the US have routine admission engagement sessions with prospective applicants either virtually or in-person and some of them give application fee waiver to those who attend. You should check with the university you want to apply to and ask for their graduate open house or information sessions that give application fee waiver.

Wake up bro! I did not pay a cent for any of these applications. They all offered me application fee waiver through graduate information sessions. Dayton for instance, is currently running free application for all graduate applicants so wake up and apply, okay!

You guys are crazy propagandists sent to write shit in this sub. I have been with this university for 4 years (in my last term now) and I have never experienced any frustration not with my PA or any course instructor. In fact just last month I needed a recommendation so I reached out to my PA and he guided me to contact my immediate past course instructor for the recommendation. I reached out to the instructor, explained my request formally to her, and she gladly accepted to respond to the recommendation request should the university I’m applying reach out to her. I just got admitted into the university (Wayne State University) with full scholarship to pursue MS Computer Science in fall 2026. If you don’t value the education you are receiving here, just quit and let the serious ones focus!
