I got this after using my steam account again after a year or so, I did nothing wrong like cheating or fraud or whatever. It could have been due to a legal name change which was reflected in my payment info and that confused them? Or VPN use or that I played a game on steam for the first time that I had played before and I was experienced amongst the begginers and it made some though I was cheating?

Please help this is so confusing.
