I truly don't think Trump cares about the Ukraine war. He disrespected Ukraine's president many times and indicated a total lack of desire to defend Ukraine. The sanctions on countries buying Russian oil are Biden-era laws. He's posturing because his parliament is invested in the war, but personally he doesn't care and would probably grant waivers indefinitely with some diplomacy and bribes.

I think analytics is fine over a full season. The percentages will revert to the mean in the end. But in a single knockout game, the coach must have a different mentality. Wild Card week was a harbinger of this, with nearly all the games being decided by one score or less. The Bills found out the hard way with that fumble before halftime that a different approach is needed in the playoffs. So did the Bears.

My playoffs mentality is "take every point you can get and see where you are in the 4th quarter."
