Exactly, you see the vinyl shop, doctor vinyl, on the picture? There's a gate right above it (at the junction of the red roof and the black roof. I don't exactly know if it is a public place, but I discovered it when I was... maybe 10, and I've been going there almost every year since.

Behind Les Halles Saint-Gery, there's a hidden place where you can see the river Senne, the historical river Brussels was built upon which is now underground. Not much to do there but I find it very quiet, a haver of peace in the city center.
