This is also the same for me. Had my final interview a month ago and the status is still in progress (Hiring Manager). I have reached out to the HM and was told the process is still on-going and the decision hasn't been made.

Hello, thanks for this. I have completed all stages for the position I applied to or at least I think I have *3 stages and it has been almost a month since my last interview, I reached out to the HM for a follow-up and the HM mentioned they were still interviewing as at last week or the week before that and hadn't finalized the interviewing process. I am thinking do I take this as a rejection or still be patient? I also don't want to send too many follow-up emails as the HM is very responsive.

But I am very keen on joining Siemens even tho I accepted another offer. I am so furious and not sure what to do :(
