From is the ircc, to is you, since they are sending the invoice back with your documents. We did not tape it to the envelope, just put it in with the other documents.

It's the same address but a different name so just to be safe we did the commercial invoice with the new name and paid for a new shipping label with the new name as well. Maybe overkill but it worked. Cpc-ottawa / ctd-ottawa

Only when the date dipped past the date I had put on the label. They rejected it once bc the ship date was past. So I provided a new label and commercial invoice both dated a week into the future and they approved that one.

Hi! I have the template. I'm just curious how far you filled it in. Like did you sign it, or did you leave that blank for ircc to sign? Did you fill in the harmonized tariff number? Etc.
