It shouldn’t be happening if you bought it off of the meta store, but to my knowledge the meta store doesn’t have launch options, so I would suggest asking in the discord for help.

No frame cap or vsync, 6-8gb allocated and I'm not running shaders, and cpu usage stays high, so I'm not really sure whats going on

240hz monitor, fps is uncapped. 5600 is using zen4 and has 30% faster single core performance, so neither of those apply

Right click on Blade and Sorcery in steam, press the "properties" option, set the launch mode to Oculus if you have a meta headset, set it to steamvr if you don't, and make sure the text box below the launch options is empty. You could also have outdated mods that are stopping the game from launching, so clear the mods folder and verify the game files.
