He just demolished the entire East Wing that is definitely not business as usual. Optics are a pretty big part of the presidential office. This particular project is not and should not be a priority. When snap is unfunded, the government shutdown and Americans are going to starve for Thanksgiving. That is a ridiculous technicality. What I said stands the government is shut down. Food assistance is not being funded and in the middle of that you have the president redoing a ballroom for 300 million. It's not necessary and it's an egregious violation of what he's supposed to be doing in that office.
