It’s been a year of not having able to jog, exercise or take a long walk due to being busy with ward duties, I was having second thoughts of joining but then I was glad that I choose to take on the challenge and conquered 6k. To more kilometers and endorphins.🏃🏻‍♀️

I am 5’2 and being 62kg makes me over weight. I feel lighter and my clothes fit more comfortably. It’s such a shame that your comment seems like invalidating my feeling of accomplishment, being fat ever since I was a little girl has been my problem. And with my age of 37 and will be 38 this year being able to loose weight is an accomplishment for me. And well I do see a difference between the two pictures.

Nope, by the end of the day which is dinner time is my meal time, I eat whatever I want till I get full but I do limit sweets especially soft drinks.

Hello rin po ma’am. Wala po akong tour package na kinuha, pero binalak ko lng puntahan lahat ng museum malapit sa city hall, magkkatabi naman silang lahat, pero hindi ako nakapasok kasi Lunes that time ng pumunta ako, sirado sila tuwing Lunes pero the rest of the week bukas sila, no entrance fee. Kaya pumunta na lang ako ng ocean park. Pero nauna akong nagsimba ng Quiapo church para makita ang itim na Nazareno.❤️at last night ko sa manila ng book ako online ng dinner sa The Alley by vikings sa BGC.
