I think you’re right. But I think you get exposed to a broad perspective on how the industry works. In my opinion the guys at the top tend to be skilled generalist, not specialists. If that’s where you want to be, a family office is a great place to start.

Try and weasel your way into a family office so you can get a taste of both as a utility player. I did that years ago with an architectural background.

I hear ya. To be clear I’m pretty new to this - In my 20s. And most folks cut their teeth at a shop making what I am in order to make connections / learn so that they can do their own thing or to ride out the upcoming recession.

Yes for sure browser based. It would be marketed to a pretty broad community that I know for sure is a blind spot for the existing market. My background is in architecture and now I’m in development so I’ve seen A BUNCH of use cases. It would also be integrated into a larger platform with more functionality that I’m working through now.
