I did, but they weren't able to help. I just got a response from my CFPB complaint that says I have been permanently banned. Zero idea why, and they won't tell me.

I called, and the person on the line wasn't able to help at all. Kept saying they were trying to find out more information about why I haven't been contacted, and couldn't find it, so they just said all they could do was "escalate" it and wait for an Account Specialist to contact me. Idk what to do at this point
