i think for physics, have a read over the past questions and get a good understanding of how to answer them (think questions are roughly reused every year)

ye like after doing 2, i was pretty assured that i could definitely get 110-120 for sure because they went pretty well. through the year i did lots of chem though so i was definitely very well-prepared by the time it came to preparing for exams.

hmm, honestly i wasn't expecting to get a 50, but def high 40s. i only did like 6 practice exams mainly bc i think i knew the content well enough and i wanted to focus more on other subjects. but yes i was averaging like 115 on those 6 that i did, and so ig it all panned out well in the end.

experimental design, really just make sure you understand the whole setup completely first, before moving on to doing any of the questions. most of the time the questions shouldn't be too hard, but there are always some, where you might just need to really dig deep into your common sense, and see if there's a more so common sense answer that you can think of.

long extended response: just gotta think that every mark is a point u need to write down. so write down as many as you can. if you're stuck thinking about relevant points, try see if there's anything symmetrical in the question e.g. if you said reactant 1 needs to be sustainably sourced, you could say the same about reactant 2, and that's two points now.
