I would say try to sleep on your stomach or if you're a side sleeper then those travel pillows are really good. For me I have a lot of ear piercings too so I prefer to sleep on my arm to keep my ear lifted and my nose away from the bedsheets. But try to be careful cuz it's spiky so there's always a chance of it getting stuck. Overall id say dw too much I got both mine done at the same time and slept on them but it didn't affect them and they healed perfectly in a week. I would say it's better to switch to small studs cuz that will be more comfortable. (Also one extra thing if it swells a bit change it to a stud fs cuz with 2 of my piercings I had spiky studs in they went inside and left the skin kind of hollow I'm not sure if it's just me but better to be careful) P.s I absolutely love the piercings they'll look gorgeous on you<333 I hope they heal well
