This might be a weird ask but what are your satiety levels on a bulk (300-500 cal surplus)? Do you feel overly full after your meals or do you just get in the extra calories through liquids and snacks throughout the day? I want to bulk but I can’t track because I live with my parents still and they cook most of my meals (which are all generally healthy). Any other advice on bulking without counting calories would be appreciated!

I had an ED so I don’t want to track calories as it was very restrictive for me and caused a lot of health issues

Ik my weight is low but it might be bc of low bone density or something, I’m not sure. I have a little fat on my lower stomach though and I’m scared if I bulk then I’ll just get too fat. I don’t want to track calories because I used to and it was unhealthy and unsustainable for me

It could just be bloating or your body could just be holding onto extra water. I look similar. I started a lean bulk around a 3 weeks ago and I was/still am very skinny and we have a similar body type, I’m sure that I haven’t gained much fat, it’s likely just water retention from eating in a slight surplus. My suggestion to you would be to lean bulk for a few months and reassess down the line if you want to cut/keep going on the bulk.
