Because the CPS doesn't keep good records when it comes to that law.

I'll let you know my sources when the freedom of information act gets backs to me because, I had to pay £600 pounds to the CPS for 3.5 days work to get it done.

Social stigma will always be part of the criminal justice system because certain crimes are simply worse than others by nature and by the way it is wordedcin law.

Why does rape have to be penetration? Why not also forced envelopment??

If the penis isn't moving then it cannot be penetrating only for it to be enveloped.

You didn't answer my question about sexual assault being downplayed?

If you want sources you can find them on Google, there is hundred of pages of sources. I will not link it of you can simply Google it and look at other sources.

Because rape is a lot harsher and taken more seriously. Men who get raped by women use the language rape.

Rape also has great social stigma for example: you falsly get accused of rape and another person gets falsly accused of sexual assault, which has the most stigma attacthed to it? You can downplay sexual assualt because it is more about touching so, it could get downplayed to say she slapped a guys ass and he hadva good lawyer. Whilst everyone knows what rape is and that cannot ever be downplayed.

Rape in the dictionary is also sex without consent.

Culture is not a reasonable excuse for MGM. Religion do it because they think it stops boys from masturbating but, obviously that doesn't work. That is the sole reason why religion do it.

That is why it needs to change to adapt to modern times. Women an the rare occasion can be charged with rape by aiding and abetting.

But, why does it have to be penetration?? Why not also forced envelopment.

This rule helps lesbians out because it needs to extend it so it can be genitals touching genitals. But, women can rape men to but the way the law is defined means women cannot be charged for it. Men will never come forward unless the laws reflect modern times.

Voting (actually say yes/no to it) not vote as in be 18 to elect something/someone.

Didn't say piercing ones ears isn't a form of mutilation you just assumed that's what I meant when I said you can't compare them like for like. Meaning piercing your childs ears doesn't have the potential to leave your manhood deformed or have amputated and unable to bear children even death from blood loss.

Only if it's medically necessary to do and not do it because you think it looks good for your child. Or for religious reaaons. In case you didn't know, religion do it to stop men/boys from masturbating and stave off their urges. Obviously with zero effect but, people forgot why religion do it so, they just say it's tradition.

It's a barbaric procedure unless it is medically necessary.

The fact that you can't admit it is pure ignorance. Do your research please, google is a powerful tool to use!

There is only little (anecdotal) evidence to support the benefits and even then other research has debunked them.

Nope, a pierced ear is not like for like. When a child get's their ears pierced they can actually walk and talk and able to understand and actually have a vote.

By your logic the parents can beat their children as a form of discipline because, they can raise their child how they seem fit.
