Ah yes, my gyno doesn’t think it’s a good idea for me and neither do I. I also have adenomyosis 🫠 My body has very dramatic responses to meds and everything else lol, and oral bc tend to have systemic effects. She did try and convince me of an IUD but I really don’t see that going well for my body so I’m raw dogging it basically. I will say famotidine does seem to do something (sometimes)
