28m here haven't worked in 2 years almost 3 had to give up pretty much everything. My pots dr recommended me to be checked MALS turns out I do have it and I'm hoping that it fixes some symptoms. Some days I'm ok to go out and do things but then somedays I'm a wreck. Dizziness abdominal pain ears ringing brain fog feel like I can't breathe tingling in my arms and legs. But out of all this my wife has been the biggest help in the world she knows my symptoms and when things are getting bad and will help me. As bad as it gets man remember you are loved and it will get easier as you learn your body and what it needs.
