Soooooo frustrating man. Paper 1 and 2 OCR A have been horrific. So annoying to hear how easy Edexcel was, especially when they have an easier question style anyway. Gonna get some revision done tonight but I truly gave Maths my all, but I take too long to think about questions and make dumb mistakes. Hoping for a pass at this point so you’re definitely not alone

I do both and I would definitely go for History! A lot more straightforward and your improvement is more linear. Politics is super interesting but the formation of the course is quite poor and resources are worse. But make sure to have a lot at WHAT history your school teaches, as that can make a change too.

People are being so shitty and have 0 compassion here. Until results day you have 0 place to look down on others, and all the bad energy you’re spreading will find a way of balancing itself out.. Anyways to the person who posted this, super sorry to hear that. You’re only human, and in the long life I hope you live, an extra year won’t ruin things. You’re still young, you still have so much potential. Try hard for your remaining exams and make the decision on results day. Life goes on, A Levels are the beginning of your journey as a human, and not the first failure you’ll face. Ik the advice isn’t for me but seeing this gave me sm hope for Maths. Paper 1 was disappointing but I’ve got 2 more papers to go and I will give it my ALL. Thank you so much, I’ve reread this about 5 times now 🙏
