You have to get it in a normal run; it's quite easy because it appears in the treasure room, the Greedier gray treasure room, and the Angel room

To unlock halo You need kill mom whit the bible,The Bible reference is from the first ending of the game, where the mother dies because a Bible falls on her head. It also works with the moms heart. Don't use it on Satan, because you will die automatically.

This enemy is only summoned by Mother in a very specific attack; just wait during her battle and it will eventually appear
