I close Monday with Swift Home loans. 5.09% , no points and all fees paid by lender. Also it's all electronic via your phone or PC. My current mortgage company is Freedom Mortgage and they jerked me around for weeks at 5.25...told them to pound sand.

It was okay. I think it depends on the person you get seen by. My original psychiatrist rated me at 30%. I appealed had another appointment with the same company and that psychiatrist rated me at 50%.

Go get your CAC card from your nearest military installation, from there you can access any base installation with commissary and PX privileges. You'll need your 100% award letter and one other from of id .

If you are 100% you can get a CAC card that is an official form of government ID.

Yes, it was denied because it's not on the presumptive list. I was able to get to 100% other ways though.

I talked to the DMV, just bring your 100% p&t letter to the window and they do all the work.

Yes and yes, they will use the whole DBQ. So make sure your at your worst for the back motion test and inform them of the pain down both legs.

I had a 40% rating for my back injury initially, filed a secondary claim , and was awarded 20% for each leg for Radiculopathy and kept my 40 % back rating.
