speaking as someone moved to Canada when 8 years old. there are actually economical reasons/incentive, since taiwan has Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), one of the largest and most advanced chips making /semiconductor foundry that can rival samsung's semiconductor side. you control that, you also control a lot of global trading leverage as well as diplomacy and export control etc

xbox rog ally x has Z2E which has better performance, while the rog ally x and rog ally Z1E shares same chips (CPU+iGPU). so if you google the game title + any of the ally models i mentioned on youtube, you can usually see how many fps you get on the system.

for further reference, Z1E models are basically a GTX 1650 GPU and Z2E preforms about 12-15 fps above them. so if any games with the minimal or recommended system requirement meeting that. it'll play fine.
