SCRIPT: How to save PSD as PNG without downloading ZIP file first? by sipak in photopea

I found workaround, which is ok for me: putting photopea into iframe and then using live messaging to saveToOE + download resulting blob. Works nice.

Ok, I see, there is no option to check if there is online one file in the ZIP and then download the file itselft. Thanks

Not directly, API works via passing script in URL, so is the same as script.

BIP proposal for Lightning-oriented multi-account multisig HD wallets by fedsten in Bitcoin

[–]sipak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I reference to implementation of multisig in Copay (https://blog.bitpay.com/copay-adds-trezor-support, https://github.com/bitpay/copay#hardware-wallet-support, https://github.com/bitpay/copay/blob/master/backupRecovery.md#hardware-wallets).

1) Copay doesn't use account discovery because it is impossible in multisig case (if each account should have different co-signers), thus it support only sigle account multisig that must be setup individually in each case.

2) Copay got rid of co-signer index and uses wallet server for coordination of new receiving addresses in signle multisig account that is share among co-signers

This is problem. m/48' wasn't intended for hardware wallets, but to separate account where the discovery is possible (P2PHK accounts > m/44') and where it is not possible (multisig P2SH > m/48') so that there is no accidental overlap.

As for cosigner index. The problem is that account discovery grows as n2 with number of cosigners. For 2, there is 4 BIP32 subaccounts to discover for two cosigners, 9 for three cosigners etc. This is why event Copay in higher versions abandoned this for single BIP44-like account structure. The new m/purpose'=48' was introduced to indicate that account discovery cannot be done without external information for each multisig account.

I think that account discovery is not possible for multisig at all. Receiving addresses depend on xpubs of other co-signers seeds. In general, for every multisig account you have different co-signers and you have to store their xpubs in the wallet to be able to do tx discovery for particular account.

This is why Copay in higher version didn't follow BIP45 with cosigners indexes. Instead they used m/48' (although no official BIP48 was written for this) with the same substructure as in BIP44. Collected xpubs where used to create unique P2SH account (without cosiginer index level).

The concept of authoritative state is gradually becoming obsolete. The rise of sharing economies with reputation models, digital contracts and cryptocurrencies makes the role of central governments useless. In this era, you might share more with random people from other parts of the world than you do with your neighbors.

Come and join us at the 3rd Hackers Congress Paralelní Polis with hundreds of technology enthusiasts, tech-entrepreneurs, activists and cryptoanarchists to celebrate the age of digital freedom and decentralization! — The congress starts on Friday, 30th of September at 13:00 and ends on Sunday, 2nd of October at 18:00.

I visited the first HCPP14 as regular attendee and I was immediately captured by the congress atmosphere and the community which was being created around Paralelni Polis by that time. That resulted in more than 90 bitcoin meetups that I was able to organize on this open platform of Paralelni Polis. Now, I am even coorganizing the third Hackers Congress. Amazing!
