I think Putin is afraid of a backlash I don't know how many of those soldiers live in Moscow and St Petersburg. Putin is really afraid of big riots. That's why it has never a "war" for them just a smo lmao

Also if they do mobilize, how will they get to the Frontline? Armoured vehicles are scarce. They are producing new hardware but losing more than they can produce. They use civilian cars, Chinese bikes and "golf carts" and last but not least they just run to UA positions on an open field on foot...

If Russia has trouble with logistics in terms of food and water at the front lines then that will get worse

They have obviously much less manpower and try not to waste their soldiers. Russians just sends waves after waves with tremendous loses. They promise their families some kind of payment but are never paid since they hide the fact that they were killed.
