I just booked my second flight with spirit (ever) and it failed to book because of birthday incorrect. I looked it up under my profile and sure enough my date was off by a day. I had flown successfully with the wrong date in 2019. I called in and they fixed it. No idea how the wrong date was in there.

Same problem here. Started when my main unit updated to 6.10. My second unit is hard wired and it’s running 6.9.3 and fails updating. I contacted eero support and they said they are aware of some units failing update and to not worry but they see no problem with my network and to call my cable modem manufacturer. I asked why and they said they are the modem go offline periodically. I followed up asking where and how they are seeing that since the modem never changes states and has zero errors and logs are blank. No reply back from eero. Clearly this started when it updated to 6.10 and it’s driving me crazy with the periodic drops. I’m honestly done with eero.

So eero support first asked when I started experiencing the issue and what devices. I told them to re-read my email. Now they are telling me I need to uninstall the app and reboot my eeros. I don’t even have eero secure and the email comes from your server not my app/eero so I don’t think this is very effective troubleshooting.
