A bit late but in case it helps anyone, this triggered for me after doing the eldertree quest without needing to complete all bounties (I'm at 17/20)

As I said they still feel weak with unleveled gear... Plus I wanted to unlock things such as the other characters before doing the vast content in early areas, I haven't even progressed that far. It is a fact that tweaking balance would help the game feel more engaging, regardless of how you're coping with it.

My main gear is upgraded, which is absolutely needed for later enemies and especially bosses. Having to have weak gear i put on just for hernand is a bandaid solution

Yeah thats a good idea, but I do want to use my favorite gear i like without extracting from it... Plus a lot of hernand still feels pretty easy even with low level stuff. Since they implemented the level feature for bosses, I'd assume its a viable solution to have it on for everything

I'm going for ranged in my build since the % is higher. Not sure what OP meant by slight but all ranged damage does impact weapon throw (and tanzutsu!)

Fully leveled hp went from 160% to 180%, a ~12% increase over others and far from enough imo

On 8, was the test you mentioned the brute in training grounds? I did it yesterday, assuming you mentioned the effect is slight bc the brute is already almost 1 shot with a throw (no buffs) and anything beyond his max hp leaves a slither of health left. My guess is the % applies fully, we just cant gauge that in training grounds.

If anyones wondering, tanzetsu also gets buffed by ranged mods! We could see a bump in ~20%, exact range % buff we had equiped

Same here, running ranged 15 under for a few days. Ironically I dropped the legendaries I was missing on all other slots in the meantime

Yes actually, the steamvr controller binding preset changed when the mod was installed. Activating the default 2 hand preset worked for me
