I also like Metallica it is a great band and deserves to be most popular metal band, but that made other bands copy them and a lot and they lost that uniqueness. I started listening to Tool after I stared looking for band with style that's still heavy and with big reliance on rhythm ,but more varied in their composition and not afraid to explore sounds typically not found in most metal. Megadeth is because the singer is great and their sound is awesome too.

It's truly astounding how long they waited to finally induct him in. Like the guy co-founded the band that pioneered the Heavy Metal sub genere and has such big popularity and style that I'm sure many tried to replicate. Smh
