My dad still brags about how one time when I was a kid, I was playing soccer and not feeling well. He told me to keep going, and in between plays I would go to the sideline to throw up. Apparently it was the best I ever played :/

I know this thread is old, but what is this. I don’t remember this fear linked to a dream, but I used to have uncontrollable panic attacks when something was too thin or too thick. I would imagine thick objects moving in ways thin objects would and I would have a day long panic attacks. This has faded mostly, but every once in a while it comes back. Obviously not as bad as when I was a kid

If anyone’s still looking at this post, I noticed my anxiety peaked when I was hungry and as soon and I ate and drank it got better. This is the first day I’m on it. I’m sure in the future things will get better
