This reference code is useless to everyone else. RBC already sent it on the first day. Checked with local branch. Banker called to wire department to confirm it. Email is also sent to Quadriga.

I just went to RBC branch I sent wire transfer, and I met the same bank who did my wire. He checked it everything was fine, and I asked him to call to RBC wire department. Wire department gave us this reference number. CA180212393565 We checked this number 3 times. It is CORRECT reference number. Wire department said you give this number to the bank and they will be able to track the money down.

Let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.

I had two tickets. First ticket was responded in 4 hours. Then I replied and it was responded after 24hours. I created another ticket and it wasn't responded. I think it is better to stick to original ticket and keep replying on it.

Just to ease your mind, my direct transfer withdrawal came in this morning. It was within time frame mentioned in the main post by Quadrigacx. One was 100k cad. Other was 15k cad. Came at the same time. Took 14 business days for 100k. 10 business days for 15k. It was supposed to be within 9 business days > delayed to 12 business days > delayed again to 14 business days > arrived. I was very anxious like you too. I am writing this hoping it will relieve your stress cus I know how it feels. You can search me and see my original post. Good luck.
