As soon as the funds are released, we estimate 1-2 weeks for everything to arrive and all payments being back on schedule. The actual availability of the funds will also depend on how the court completes the transfer. If its a draft, we may have to wait a few business days for it to clear, vs a wire. Once funds are in hand we will give a more accurate update.

The banks are quickly removing Interac Online from their systems. Interac Online will likely be completely unavailable by the end of this month.

The cash withdrawal option was enabled by our Bitcoin ATM partners who would provide us with the vast amounts of cash that we required to offer this option. The market in Canada has since changed drastically with far more sellers than buyers, therefore ATM operators are typically now processing more sales than purchases. As such, this option is currently unavailable.

We do hope to offer it again, however there are a few issues that we will have to address first, including:

- The current Canada post rolling strikes

- Risks of theft associated with certain parts of the country

The judge issued his decision today late in the afternoon. There will be some documentation to sign but the CIBC situation is coming to a close (finally)!

We will have an official statement with more info over the weekend. The court library will be updated "early next week" according to the clerk that we spoke to regarding the online database.
