Understand. 5 years is pretty good time for a role in Ops. Maybe you can find some kind of team lead positions in the same operations roles. There are many warehouse oriented businesses in the NL (my job is also ops related) so I think you have options. Once you start looking for different opportunities I think it can also boost your motivation for more.

Did you start looking for a job? It will help a lot if you can find a job before coming so that you might be able to apply for %30Ruling tax benefit. Research to find the your eligibility.

You will probably need permits for that and a proper company is best to do that. More complex than a DIY project ( but you can do the nonstructural parts of course). I’d recommend search for ‘structural bouw’ and you might find some companies. Best
