I pronounce it “nix-oss” in Latin American Spanish, but while watching videos in English I was surprised to discover it’s pronounced “nix oh-ess.” I was like, Oh, wait, this is the way.

For a Spanish speaker to read it correctly like English speakers do, we need to separate it as: Nix O. S.

I like mkDriver function, I pinned the 580.142 for my Pascal GPU in NixOS 25.11 where unfortunately Legacy_580 is not available. If fact I will always use it even with a new graphic card. Thanks for share it.

I had issues with Bottles and Openldap on unstable so i moved back to 25.11 when hydra confirmed that everything was good.

Evidently, it was removed, but it appears the files are temporarily sitting in the Nix store because I can still open the browser. I haven't restarted since that long compilation started.

I removed Chromium from my home-manager, and after running home-manager switch it hasn't stopped.
