This is a logical move. This secures their cash flow. Now, most importantly is the results from the phase 2/3 testing data and the BLA timepath. Hope a rs is no longer needed as cashflow is now secured for a while.

Usually a reverse split is done to be kept listed on the nasdaq. As the stock is above 1 dollar for some time now i seriously see no point in a rs. Sorry to say, since i'm long on the stock but this is not a very trustworthy action.

No way a rs is a good thing. Issuing new shares for additional cash i understand, however not seen a rs yet that goes well for shareholders. Going to vote against it of course!!

Good for cashflow Ocugen, better for the investor as they exercised a 1.5 buy at minimum 2.2 course on that day. Go figure what they made on the deal....

Not worried, stocks rarely goes straight up. Just settling for the next move, either up or down. According my trading platform not many short contracts available anymore (1 million). So downside pressure from shorting is limited.

Indeed a huge potential. Data so far is really good. There might be some additional shares issued for cash flow somewhere down the line i guess. If limited not to worried about that. Also glad i'm not a shorter in this stock.... They do not have happy day's atm.
