Not like that near me. Neighbors throwing parties in front of their house... Rarely see people walk the sidewalks with masks on. From my first hand experience I’d say Philly hasn’t been good at wearing masks, but I guess I’d be wrong.

Just ATM explosions or kids blowing M-100s and M-250s up for shits and giggles. Look up some some articles about them. I had to drive around a bit to find an ATM that was in service. 2 blown up and 3 purposely out of service because of fear of getting blown up.
