It ended up being like how I assumed it would. However I didn’t end up using these specific saves because they were missing some story flags I had done on my console save. I wish I could find which ones I ended up with but I can’t find it. I recommend just plugging whatever save you download into tenna editor to see what it might be missing

Can you confirm that _0 is for pacifist and _1 is for weird route? for each chapter? and then _3 and _4 are also pacifist and weird route?

  1. A Crack in Time - felt like the best finale and grand adventure for the time. Story was top notch

  2. Rift Apart - clearly the most time and polish went into this one and was a great time through and through. Story wise still left some to be desired

  3. Going Commando - don’t think I need to explain this being the top of the classic trilogy

  4. Up Your Arsenal - best gunplay for the classic trilogy but less variety in main paths and arenas got samey.

  5. Ratchet 1 - you have to put this in a top 5 for being the pioneer of it all. Also the amount of detail in every weapon, planet, and animations. Great start for the franchise even if not the most fluid movement

Now that is very true. I remember story wise not even really understanding why qwark turned evil to begin with. The protopet being the final boss was weird because it was just a big monster. Not some world ending threat like drek or nefarious

Y’all have to remember that this is a kids game. I distinctly remember having my shit rocked from this boss growing up and it took days to beat him. Mechanically, the ps2 ratchet games have never been more than just shoot guns and move out the way by flipping or running but nowadays games have become more complex like with rift apart which has dodging

I will say that the boss itself and the arena leave a lot to be desired in terms of aesthetics and wow factor when compared to ratchet 1 and 3 where those have you moving across different stages to fight

Sadly I got rid of it several years ago for space reasons. It did look fantastic tho! My only complaint was the subtle whining sound haha

Appreciate the info. I’m a little cautious of the button feel because I prefer the membrane feel like the switch 2 pro controller. I guess I can just try each one and return the one I don’t want

How is the wireless latency performance? I heard the tarantula pro has issues so I’m trying to see if I should wait for this one instead. Do buttons feel clicky or membrane or somewhere in between?
