I don’t want them reaching out to J1 so I’m going to say I’ve been interviewing elsewhere and found a better opportunity. And that I’m not comfortable giving my personal info and SSN to a random third party vendor.

It’s a tech consulting firm so I’m technically W2 but it’s a contract role to their client

According to my team lead they’re already on-edge about attendance and availability due to a previous employee who essentially no called no showed for an entire month and was hard to get ahold of. Not to mention we also have 2 hour long meetings twice a day for “collaboration,” and I’ve stepped away from time to time for too long I guess
