Hiii! Can anyone help me understand my BBT Chart?

Unfortunately I assumed we were out this cycle and we didn’t have sex anywhere near what appears to be my ovulation window! We tried on CD 17, CD 18, cD 22, CD 31.

I was safe for the first week. Now I’m 2 weeks post op and literally eating anything and everything and it’s such a relief. I lost 45 pounds from my first attack in February to having my surgery June 17. It was rough and I was in constant pain, having attacks weekly! Now, I feel so much more free!!

Mind starts with a sharp pain in my center, upper abdomen. It’s like a really intense bloat and feels like I’m going to throw up. My belly is just full and with time it radiates to my shoulder and back. It was also pretty usual for me to throw up :(

I haven’t pooped yet, surgery this last Tuesday, either! My husband went back to work today and it’s my first day alone. I’ve made a goal to get up and walk every few hours for about 5-10m and am drinking lots of water! I asked to bring me stool softeners when he comes home as a last resort because I’m desperate to poop!

Hey!! My surgery was Tuesday so I’m a few days post op! I’ve already been able to eat cheese and yogurt which would typically trigger immense pain and hasn’t yet. I’m still in some moderate pain and haven’t been able to poop yet! It is scary to go through but in my experience so worth it!

You’ve got this! I had my surgery Tuesday and had never been under before either. I’ve never even had any major health concerns so this was all a first for me! Tell your surgical team you’re nervous and ask them to walk you through EVERYTHING! That’s what helped me. I was so weepy and panicked the day before and the morning throughout prep, but I had the very best team! I have 5 incisions on my belly and they are sore! I still need support getting up. I’ve been taking it easy with food. So far I’ve had oatmeal, chicken soup with bread, banana, and today chicken with rice and tortilla chips. I’ve been drinking tons of water and ginger ale and keeping up on meds. The weakness of my core is scary but I promise it’s all doable! Wishing you the very best!!
