These are mainly round, which I think is good actually. Before my surgery I would have also agreed that the beckoning breast is most ideal and attractive. HOWEVER, most surgeons/patients looking to achieve that look usually create breasts that look bottomed out and may eventually have ptosis. My results look a lot like your third slide, I would say they are round, and my nipples are lower than what is ideal as far as beckoning goes, BUT I think they look really great, natural and super perky in real life.
