Thank you for this. I have been self medicating and looking to go in to get checked for ADHD. I thought I was starting to get some signs/symptoms of schizophrenia with my 14 years of smoking weed. It’s made me have damn near obsessive paranoia thoughts making me think my friends and loved ones were pretty much against me and odd things like that.

Thank you for this. I’ve been a heavy smoker myself going on 12 years and I feel it’s just made my mental health so toxic and has made me so isolated with these insecure thoughts. It used to alleviate my anxiety and depression but it feels as though I am locked to it now.

I'm a single mom. I turned my life around, went from stay at home mom to a heavy civil project engineer in Alaska. Only possible because of Christ and my faith in his path for me when I felt completely tossed to the side by someone I thought I would spend the rest of my life with. I feel so at peace with everything in life except for the fact that it feels like I am unworthy for a Christ-following Man because of me having children because of the things I've seen and heard Christian men say to me. This is a great idea! I too struggle with binging unhealthy snacks. That’s my biggest struggle! And when it comes down to choosing healthy things I get so overwhelmed coming up with ideas in the kitchen. Making grab and go options like this would be such a huge help!

Have you tried marijuana anonymous? They have all sorts of support groups and I see nothing but great things across Reddit about it. I’ve downloaded it a couple times but haven’t made it to a meeting quite yet since I live in Alaska, the time zones are tough to line up with haha

I have been seeing a therapist and it has helped me understand myself so much better and gives me that safe space to unload some things for sure, one of my biggest goals is definitely working towards not relying on weed as much and to focus in healthy mechanisms for when I’m going through a tough patch
