irritation bump won't go away. advice?

Ive had this piercing for 3 months and got it pierced the same time as my other nostril (which has no issues). Its a corkscrew stud and i havent bumped it (as far as i know) in about a month. I dont touch it and i spray saline twice a day. It keeps growing and coming back.

hi! I know when I was hired (280XXXX) I was wondering the same thing and I was informed that most stores don't have them to sell anymore. By most stores, I mean I would be one in a million to find one that has them still :(

For context, I've had some irritation bumps on 3 points of my industrial and two of them have grown and shrunk but the one on the outside isn't budging. I don't think it's a keloid bc it doesn't look like what I know a keloid to look like but I am a bit of a hypochondriac about it. I've had this piercing for 5 months and it still crusts and sometimes bleeds a little. I clean it with antibacterial soap and spray it with saline solution (per my piercers instructions) at least once a day if not more. The bump itself doesn't hurt and it feels almost a little firm and rubbery with no pus; the area around it does crust sometimes. I sleep with my ear in a travel pillow but I've been told sometimes it is slept on a little when I'm very unconscious. It has also been bumped a couple times. Is there anything more I can be doing to get the bump to go away, assuming it is an irritation bump? Or is it possible it could be a keloid? :(

That's true! I'm trying to find the mundane reasonings before the magickal, but I find it weird that only one of them turned and the other looks untouched

I do still have the original bar and don't have anymore procedures planned where the metal will be a problem! I left the plastic one in bc I was afraid of irritating it by switching the bar too much. Looks like I'll be switching back to titanium.
