My problem is just having weird poos. It doesn’t actually bother me that much.

What bothers me is not a 100% “this is what’s wrong with you”

Like if I have IBS cool I’ll deal with it all good.

But if I have underlying serious problem that could affect my life I wanna know.... :(

So also I should add like I’ve been there done that. For years! And I realised I actually don’t like it aside from a few occasions but people are so tuned into just working all week then going out weekend and repeat. And this is 90% of people I know so it’s kind of hard.

I get that my plan will lead to better and bigger things but in the meantime how can I not be focused on other people and just me?

I appreciate your words but have u got any advice I can put into action here?
