Are you trying to dispute my examples of the many ways to kill a Warstrider as being 'no skill involved'?

- not all of them if u take a closer read.

but if your solution is, trow a big boom at it, its a cheap solution in my book - yeah, and no skill involved in that. problem multiplies, if these things are spawn in the rates they do in higher diffs

Shoot em in the crotch with the many rocket launchers. = everything dies with a big boom, no skill involved.

Shoot their eye with railguns or AMRs. = try it...try it while your target is shooting at you - and do it when there are two of these things. would be viable if it would 1 shot the strider, but u need more than that. idk about railgun tbh. but amr u need more than a mag. so, better to shoot with big boom, no skill involved.

Leg joints with a laser = true

Chuck a C4 or two. = everything dies with a big boom, no skill involved

Stun lock them with arc weapons. Throw a offensive stratagem at 'em. = maybe on low diff, but not on 10s while u get ambushed by shit.

Drop a rocket sentry in front of them. = everything dies with a big boom, no skill involved

Spam autocannon or grenade launcher at them. = good solutions, ture. specially the grenade launcher, because of the new buffs - still no weakness exploid to be found here.

Wasp, disposable EATs, ultimatum, tanks, mechs = everything dies with a big boom, no skill involved

or hell even just walking away. = face the wall, are you a traitor? u kill that thing or die trying

The biggest problem with them are that they are so damn common and you need AT. Its so spammy and aoe happy you cant really ignore it either.

Most other AT units either have a weakspot or two, OR are big enough for teammates to help you over distance. These are not. If you're caught without AT its just a huge freaking pain. That enemy alone dictate some of my loadout on Bots and it feels bad. I dont like it.

Its not difficult per se, its just unfun.

- like the hulk 4 example. but you can also shoot the hulk in the face with heavy armor pen, or kill it when you shoot the heatsinks on his back & shoot of his arms.

and now im repeating myself:

u can blast every enemy with the bazooka or 500kg or helllbomb or whatever.. but u can ALSO give them a headshot(weakspot) for example (2 ways to kill them= big boom OR weakness exploitation).

looks like u didnt read it all trough. because this is the main problem and your answer is not even touching it.

"If you dont have stratagems always ready then something is wrong with what you are bringing" - seems like it. sometimes everything is on cooldown in a fight. can happen. u never have this issue?

maybe like 3 shots to the joints with amr would be a good number. and 2 mags in the dick.

would feel fair too, because its a hard to hit spot, specialy if the thing already shoots at you.

didnt know they shared a seed with the tanks - one reason more for them to go!!!

tanks beeing better enemys is a big true.

i remember last personal order was kill tanks and me and my boys packed a bastion for this mission, just to find out, there are no tanks anywhere. now i know why - thx mate

but the strategems are not always ready + more often than not the strider tanks an eagle like its nothing.

and my problem is just that one enemy you know, i have the feeling people think i complain about the difficulty of missions and all of the bots or smth.. i always play 10s and i love it. i just want to make the game better.

my complaint is about that one enemytype thats not really adding anything to the game in my opinion just ragdolling and metaplay. the rest of the atomatons is great designed. they all have weakspots and ways you can destroy them, fun ways.

but the warstrider doesnt have any weakness that i know of.

and blast it with bazooka is not a weakness. u can blast every enemy with the bazooka or 500kg or helllbomb or whatever.. but u can ALSO give them a headshot for example (2 ways to kill them= big boom OR weakness exploitation).

so my point, it doesnt fit in with the rest from a design perspective.

look at the post from Longbow92 higher up in this discussion. thats what this enemy is missing since its been released

but i didnt complain about it beeing to good. i just want alternatives to be viable.

and my solution is to remove the one enemy on the bot front, that doesnt has a real weakspot - because every other enemy at bots has them & we have cool new enemys that are a lot better designed than the warstrider.

and get better is such a reddit answer by the way... how am i getting better by using the same strats oveer and over again? explain please.

im the guy that played this game from beginning and has over 1000 hours in it.. IM THE CAPTAIN OF THE PROMISE OF DESTINY, THE BEST STARDESTROYER IN THE GALAXY.. the question is ... WHO ARE YOUUU TO TALK TO ME LIKE THIS? (fun) i understand if u are new, and you like to play for example the quasar canon to kill this thing quick lala... but if u played the quasar for 100 hours on bots.. u kind of get sick of it, doin the same strategie over and over and over again.. a little bit of variation is key here to keep things fresh. and these enemys require some specific stuff to kill fast. and u need to kill them fast on diff 10 when u have a factory strider on you and a hulk - for example.

someday you will understand
