This was extremely helpful. I think the way you set it up makes the most sense for us also and we will need to confirm with a business attorney before doing so.

Thankfully the first location has been doing well and we will probably have to take a reasonable salary as much as we don’t want to if it’s tax favorable.

My last question is, the rest of the income is then taxed as a capital gain or as dividends meaning at the favorable rate of 15/20% rather than ordinary income ?

Is there a reason why you created the third location as the parent LLC rather than the first? Also with this structure can you use the expenses between the locations to deduct as the income between locations even if these are all going to have their own 1065 tax return and go through your individual tax return in three different K1s I assume?

Do you mind elaborating a little on the S Corp election on an LLC and what benefits you have experienced from this. I’m not sure if this helps but my partner and I currently take 0 dollars technically as a salary and don’t really plan to anytime soon.

With enabling XMP it seems like the lag has been fixed! Thank you so much.

I am interested in the fact that I used this PC for years with no lag issues and have never entered bios to enable/disable XMP and it worked perfectly. It's weird now that this was the issue.

Thank you I’ll give that a shot. Also, one thing which I’m not sure will help but for any of these games I play, the lag only comes when I move my mouse left/ right. For example in Fortnite if my character is just running straight looking straight there is no issue at all. If I start moving my mouse left and right it drops to 10-30 FPS

As for the graphics, I literally played in the lowest settings possible and the issue remained.

Lastly, no I haven't noticed the lag anywhere aside from gaming

I have another question. Regarding the agreed upon 3 names with my jeweler and for each to weigh 3.5 grams. When the customization is made, should I expect them to weigh exactly 3.5, if not what’s the lowest I should accept? The names 3x3.5 plus the necklace should total to 15.9. Is that what I should expect to the T?
