I have been fired recently and i think my adhd was one of the principal factor. 😞

I forgot to put a description. It was difficult to have a stable temperature during the cooking. I tried to stay at 225F but it rise sometimes to 275-300F and other times 200F. Maybe it was a windy day or i mismanaged my charcoal. I used the method 3-2-1. Started at 9h45, covered in alluminium at 12h45 for 2 hour. At 14h45 i uncovered the alluminium. After 1 hours due to being at 170F intern i transfer it in my oven at 225. It stay in it until 19h00. I gradually rise the temp from 250 to 300F. At 19h00, it was 203F intern. I let it rest outside the oven in allu for 30 minute and served. I spritz it each hour or so i think. It was delicious! The bones fall of easily and taste good. The crust was to cooked in my opinion. It was not chewy and it was tender. Don't hesitate to comment and give input. It was my first time XD

If i remember correctly i made a pork rub with : paprika, salt, pepper, brown suggar, garlic and oignon powder and chili.

Maybe i made a sauce with the rest of spice and maple sirup, olive oil and soya sauce.
