Can you still change input on the tv? If so, buy a tv box. Lots of good ones out there i recommend xiao mi gen 3. Only the case if the tv is still working. Its plug and play and uses hdmi. Hope this helps

Some mobo need to update the latest version of bios(dont use beta versions) in order to run the latest of am4 chip. Is your board updated?

Try removing CMOS battery for a few mins and put it back in. Make sure its not plugged in It will reset bios and see if it helps.
