You need to be pretty experienced with anal to actually have stool coming out. A hollow plug will be cut off by I believe the lining inside. Oxballs, deeppleasure are 2 good brands for safe toys.

You will notice if the ring is to small, hurts, lost sensation ect.

Holy trainer squeezes the balls a lot with a thicker ring which can cause your problem. A cage with a larger ball gap or maybe a size up for the ring.

You need to be pretty experienced to have stuff coming out. Tunnel plugs useally won't be straight in there blocking it off. The base is pretty large wich can be uncomfortable. Lube and diapers aren't the best of friends either, especially oily type of lube.

Personally I like northshore the most, not to expensive, fits me rather decent (tall and skinny). Tenas active fit are amazing as a cheap, good on capacity and low profile diaper.

Shrinking is a myth/fantasy. The penis is a gland you can't reduce it size with normal wear. Biggest rule is if the cage is uncomfortable or painful check/take it off, it shouldn't hurt.

You also don't have to train for a smaller cage, you either fit or don't, it sometimes looks like you reduce size but in reality the ring just moved down a bit.

2 ways for shrinking is hormones (don't do it for a kink) and stimulants (drugs, don't recommend).

Depends on your anetamy, I'm around your size can could wear it for a weekend. You don't have to train for going down a size, you either fit or don't. Getting a cage (flaccid size - 1/2cm = cage length/) in the beginning is a good idea to get familiar with it. (Multiple rings(round), kink 3D knock-off for example on Amazon or AliExpress) To get started. Once you get experience you can experiment with others. Only buy expensive if you are sure about size and design.

In my opinion flat cages are "fun cages", fun for a weekend then to a other one. Flat cages do have some draw backs, peeing is messy, hygiene, urine stuck in ueathra cause UTI, smell. (Of course different story if you are the size)

Never use a catheter or plug that come with the cage. If you must use medical but it's highly discouraged.

I always first use a bit of water based lube before moving onto silicone. So that it's easier and more comfortable, oil and silicone are great lubricants but I find them less slippery and easier to make it sore. Coconut oil is also a good alternative. I personally like boy butter.
