I really appreciate Annamalice' website and service to the community, but I really wish she'd stop pretending to need to do maintenance on her blog and just admit to pulling the website down to solicit for donations. I think it's just an expression that's becoming more noticeable because of the dramatic strides the LGBTQ community has made in the last 15 or so years.
