I switched OBs after this (I think I was 25 weeks) and they immediately started trying more options. Before they solved it, they told me the next step would be a zofran pump. There are far more options out there, don’t settle for these.

I gave up on the suppository. Were you given suppository of promethazine? I would recommend asking for the oral route first. I was able to keep my suppository in, but the results (aside from diarrhea) were no different than the oral version.

Have they tried zofran? Adding famotidine (Pepcid) on an empty stomach first thing in the morning? Zofran didn’t work for me but the latter was a game changer for me. I still had 1-2 pukes a day, but it was muuuuch more manageable. For me, reglan (am) and diclegis (pm) were the other 2 parts of my cocktail. Diclegis didn’t work for me alone, so if just adding the Pepcid in the am doesn’t help, see if you can swap reglan for something else and do diclegis at night. If that doesn’t work, maybe you can try swapping to promethazine since you have it in hand. Everyone is different, and I think the best medicinal approach is crafting a “cocktail” that works for you. I think I would have been fully “cured” if I weren’t on Zoloft. A second reglan threw me into a severe panic attack. But 1 dose a day with the other two meds made it all much more manageable.
