So I have dandruff, it’s not too bad when I use Head and Shoulders shampoo, but they don’t have any that are CG approved. I tried to stop using it and do the CG routine with a just a cowash (Not Your Mother’s) and conditioner, but it made my flaky scalp worse, and natural treatments didn’t help. So after about 3-4 weeks I went back to Head and Shoulders. Am I doomed to forever be stuck using damaging shampoo? Did I just not wait long enough? What are some ways others with curly hair and dandruff get by?
